Broccoli Salad with Dried Cherries

Ingredients
- 1 bunch broccoli, cut into bite size florets
- 1/4 red onion, thinly sliced, then chopped
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans
- 1 cup dried cherries
- 1/2 cup lite mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup plain nonfat yogurt
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 tablespoon vinegar (cider or any variety)
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Directions
Combine broccoli, onion, pecans, and cherries in a large serving bowl. In a small bowl, whisk together the mayo, yogurt, Parmesan cheese, sugar, vinegar, and. Pour over broccoli mixture, toss gently and serve.
