Baked Kale Chips

Ingredients
- 1 bunch kale
- 1 Tablespoon olive oil
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Preparation
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line a cookie sheet with aluminum foil or parchment paper.
- Wash and thoroughly dry the leaves. Remove the stems from the kale leaves. Tear into bite-size pieces.
- Spread out onto the cookie sheet. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with salt.
- Bake until the edges are brown and the leaves are crisp about 10-15 minutes.
