Baked Kale Chips

Ingredients

  • 1 bunch kale
  • 1 Tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line a cookie sheet with aluminum foil or parchment paper.
  2. Wash and thoroughly dry the leaves. Remove the stems from the kale leaves. Tear into bite-size pieces.
  3. Spread out onto the cookie sheet. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with salt.
  4. Bake until the edges are brown and the leaves are crisp about 10-15 minutes.
