CentraCare Health Foundation spring fundraiser featuring Jane Seymour
The CentraCare Health Foundation will host the annual Spring Fling benefit on Thursday, May 4. This Farm to Table event, presented by PCI, features locally sourced, sustainably grown cuisine, is a fundraiser for St. Benedict’s Senior Community and the CentraCare Heart & Vascular Center. As a new feature this year, it will feature Jane Seymour—sculptor, artist and actor, hosted by Gene and Sheelah Windfeldt.
“Spring Fling is a unique event this year because we are showcasing art in healing,” says CentraCare Health President & CEO, Dr. Ken Holmen. “Because of philanthropic efforts, many people, no matter where they are in their health journey, can experience the amazing benefits of our art programs and services.”
Last year, because of generous donors, $150,000 was raised to support St. Benedict’s Senior Community and CentraCare Heart & Vascular Center. In addition, with the help of a $10,000 anonymous match, the fund-a-need raised over $30,000 at the event for resuscitation devices.
