Recognized for excellence in imaging care

CentraCare Health – Monticello’s Imaging department received two, three - year terms of accreditation from the American College of Radiology (ACR) for achieving high practice standards in mammography and CT services. 

The ACR is a national organization that awards accreditation to facilities that have met quality standards as evaluated by board certified physicians and medical physicists. The survey of CentraCare Health – Monticello’s Imaging department assessed several areas including the adequacy of mammography equipment, CT equipment and qualifications of Imaging staff to determine an achievement of high quality standards in patient care.
