CentraCare Health – Monticello will host a Spiritual Center Dedication

Published in Media Releases

CentraCare Health – Monticello will host a Spiritual Center dedication on Wednesday, Jan. 13, at 4:30 p.m. in the Spiritual Center, which is located on the lower level of the hospital. All are welcome to attend.

The nondenominational/interfaith Spiritual Center provides a welcoming environment for all faith traditions and is designed to offer a healing space for patients, residents, visitors and staff. The Spiritual Center is open 24 hours a day, seven days a week, to accommodate the needs of those looking for a peaceful place for prayer, contemplation and meditation.

“The Spiritual Center dedication will provide our community with the opportunity to not only see this welcoming new space but also celebrate the availability of spiritual care on our campus through our Spiritual Health program,” said Reverend Jocelyn Bakkemo, Spiritual Health Program Coordinator at CentraCare Health – Monticello. “We are proud to share the Spiritual Center dedication with our patients, residents, visitors, staff and community.”
