CentraCare Health – Melrose annual Harvest Celebration set for Oct. 15
CentraCare Health – Melrose will host the sixth annual Harvest Celebration, “A Night of Illusion” from 5:30 – 10 p.m. on Saturday, Oct. 15 at the Freeport Community Center in Freeport.
The evening include a dinner, raffle, silent auction and features magician Jared Sherlock as entertainment.
The goal is to raise $40,000 to help support the installation of an in-house magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) machine, which will enable the hospital to provide services on a daily basis in a more easily accessible location.
Currently, MRI services are available only three half-days per week in a semi-truck parked on the south side of the hospital entrance which can be inconvenient for patients in cold and inclement weather conditions.
Cost to attend the Harvest Celebration is $50 per ticket. The Harvest Celebration’s major sponsor is McGough Construction. Sponsorship packages are still available.
